New into our jobs, we all have painted our FB walls with the nostalgia of our colleges. I am months, removed from it now, and watching all the recent grads getting excited about the grown-up life has made me want just to tread the old path once more. I attended a Top-50 engineering university. Inconsequentially, it was the type of university where we all knew each other way too well, or at the very least, we knew who sits where around the campus at what time and what food-joints one goes to. Coming across this infographic was a walk down the memory lane.
Fortunately/unfortunately I don’t fit completely into the mold of any of the characters below, but if I had to choose one, I would choose “The Pong Champion” (Now, I realise, the most horrible mistake I made in my college life was not making my own notes, I could easily have been a 9 point someone).
Congratulations to all those recent grads out there! Try really hard not to be “Little Miss Potato Chip.” Nobody likes that. And know that pajamas in public are inexcusable. Now it’s all about the yoga pants.
