Pranav: I am a decision intelligence veteran delivering wisdom to humanity. Fanatic to make the world decision intelligent by executing exactness of technology, business, and processes.

An IIT Graduate with 12 years of extensive work experience carries a sheer passion for data science. Exhaustively worked on business intelligence, data management, big data, advanced analytics, and machine learning.

Worked with early-stage startups to enterprise customers on their crucial problems and mission-critical projects.

  • We are Data. Data is us. You must have to be a Data lover to be here
  • Strong programming experience in Java/Python/Scala with design patterns, algorithms, data analysis, and analytics
  • Being able to remain neutral toward any specific technology choice or vendor; being more interested in results than personal preferences

JobsIIT: Your favorite and most important interview question in a job interview.

Pranav: Why (not who or what) are you?

JobsIIT: Number of candidates (along with profiles) you are planning to hire this fiscal year

Pranav:  We look for Quality, not Quantity. For number’s sake, we would be hiring 15-20 cream resources during the Year 2015. People who enjoy (more than anything. anything means anything. You got it. huh?) Big Data, Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Coding, and Data.

JobsIIT: Anything else you want to share that would attract candidates and give more insight about the jobs

Pranav:  We don’t have Big Data jobs. We have Big Data passions. We are not looking for job seekers. We are looking for challenge acceptors.

 As said, “Big Data is like teenage sex: everyone talks about it, nobody really knows how to do it, everyone thinks everyone else is doing it, so everyone claims they are doing it.”


We are much above this layer. Decide.
